We'll always confirm any change in price with you before proceeding with work.

4. Bookings

Bookings made through the website or by contacting us are subject to availability and confirmation from our team. A submitted enquiry does not guarantee a specific appointment time until confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment for services is due on completion, unless alternative invoicing terms have been agreed in writing, such as for commercial or strata clients.

6. Cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice if a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Details on cancellations and access issues on the day are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

7. Our Service Guarantee

We carry out all work with due care and skill, consistent with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If an area of glass is not cleaned to a reasonable standard due to an issue with our work, let us know within 48 hours of the service and we'll arrange to re-clean the affected area.

8. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects in glass, frames, screens or fixtures that exist prior to our service. Bridge Window Cleaning is fully insured, and our liability in connection with our services is limited to what is fair and reasonable in the circumstances and to the extent permitted by law.

9. Work Health and Safety

We're Working at Heights certified and follow work health and safety practices appropriate to each site, including assessing safe access before starting any job.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Bridge Window Cleaning and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without our prior written consent.
